About this Event
A change to our previous annual events, due to COVID 19 this festival will take place online over three days - 4th, 5th and 6th Feb 2021.
This event is open to families who live in Milton Keynes.
There will be talks by key speakers and online workshops about areas of concern or interest, for parent carers and their families.
Theme: "Support for SEND in the Virtual World"
to include the challenges for those who cannot access the virtual world
Keynote speaker: Natasha Baker MBE
Natasha Baker MBE is a British para-equestrian who won two gold medals at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, and 3 at the 2016 Summer Paralympics

11:30 - Parent Carer Workshop: Dyslexia Awareness
13:30 - Parent Carer Workshop: What’s new in Health? Support, resources and advice
16:00 - Post 16 Workshop: Post 16 options - education, training, employment and support available in Milton Keynes.
16:00 - Craft Workshop: for primary age group, make a keyring and a bag /pencil case
20:00 - Groovy Gecko Disco for adults with learning disabilities
