Learn about gut and mind friendly foods and the relaxation techniques that feed both.

If you are thinking about getting pregnant, are pregnant, or already have had your baby then this workshop is for you.

Olivia and Natasha will explore the importance of gut health and how it connects to your mind and your baby.

You will learn how to make your own probiotic rich fermented vegetables. (Fermented foods are considered some of the safest and most nourishing foods you can eat during pregnancy)

You will also learn specific relaxation techniques that will strengthen your mind and optimise your immune system.
