Hi, I’m Cat Hamilton — an animal communicator, mindful dog caregiving mentor, and advocate for emotionally intelligent relationships between species. My work focuses on co-regulation, trauma-informed support, and intuitive listening, helping people and dogs navigate life together with mutual respect and nervous system awareness. I’m especially passionate about reaching caregivers and wellness professionals who want to show up more gently — for others and for themselves. I have an extensive background in coaching, teaching and mindfulness practises through 20yrs of Vipassana.
