Get your mojo back - join our 3 hour mind, body and soul workshop. Joshua Chamada, who has over 10 years experience in movement, dance and mobility will start the morning with some gentle stretches and improvised movement to explore our bodies' ranges and to have fun - so no need to worry about how fit or flexible you are! "My main aim is to have fun and get people moving and exploring movement through improvisation".
We will share simple techniques (visualization, affirmations, group energy and self-compassion) to allow you to let go of any negative chatter and release tension or stress. We will also use our collective energy to promote feelings of calm, confidence, resilience and self-acceptance. We end our time together with some group Reiki.
People who have attended our workshops before say they leave feeling lighter, calmer, more relaxed and energized! Surely, we all want a bit of that?!
We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and give it a go for yourself 😊
This workshop is designed for 16 years plus to help with a positive mindset. Please help spread the word to anyone who may be interested or you feel could benefit.
We deliberately choose 10 til 1 to allow people to still have time in the afternoon for other commitments. So there's really no excuse 😊
