About this event
Join us in this exclusive and unique gathering of like-minded women for a 3 hours of mind body alignment.
The workshop is delivered by Pilar De la Guardia, certified and experience self-defence, health and fitness coach who has devoted her career to empower women from within for the last 2 decades.

10 am - 10.15 am Introduction
10.15 am - 11 am Women's self-defence I
11 am - 11.15 am Tea break
11.15 am - 11.45 am Women's self-defence & fitness II
11.45 am - 12 pm Core blast
12 pm - 1 pm Deep stretching & mindful breathing
1 pm Close
1.30 pm Lunch together (optional)
