I will issue the zoom link a few days before the workshop is due to start.

This is an online event via Zoom in the comfort of your own home.

I would love you to come and join me for two hours of time out, self care, self reflection and pure relaxation.

This workshop will be cut into 4 sections of mindful stretching and tuning in to what the body needs, deep breathing practices to increase circulation, and reduce stress and tension and encourage deep relaxation followed by a guided meditation. The fourth section will be quiet time for you to reflect and journal on what came up for you during the practice, and what you noticed.

This type of practice may bring up unexpected emotions and feelings so please be aware of this. This can be a very healing experience.

Then we will have a short time at the end to discuss if people want to share. This may extend the workshop to 2 hours 30 minutes so please be prepared to stay or go when you feel ready.

So that you can be as warm and comfortable as possible, please ensure you have adequate pillows, blankets, something to drink and pen and paper.
