Yes, tickets are available on the door, but you make a saving by booking in advance online.
You can show your ticket on your phone, but you must show the actual ticket with barcode, not just an email showing the order.
Only assistance animals are allowed at the show.
Under-16s can enter the show for free when accompanied by an adult.
Vegan food and drink will be widely available throughout the event. The venue do not allow you to bring your own food into the venue. There are some special dietary / allergy exceptions. Contact the venue direct for more information - 020 8365 4343.
If you want to leave the venue after you buy your ticket, please ensure that you have a valid wristband so you can re-enter without paying again.
There are cash machines inside the venue; please note that they do charge a fee for cash withdrawals.
Parking is available at Alexandra Palace. Charges apply. 2-3 hours is £4.50, 3-4 hours is £6 and up to 24hrs is £8.
Alexandra Palace is fully accessible to disabled visitors.
There are disabled access parking spaces specifically for blue badge holders, both in the Grove car park and the East Car Park.
