This is generally safe, but those with epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, dissociative disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, or serious cardiovascular issues should consult a doctor. Pregnancies can benefit from hypnobirthing for relaxation & pain management, but any high risk should seek advice.
