As part of the Stronger Together strategy, Mind committed to the development of Regional Meetings for Local Mind leaders as one of the Mind Communities of Practice. These are regionally-based opportunities for the network to meet and collaborate.
The first regional network leaders meeting in Yorkshire will be held at Scunthorpe Mind's offices on 19th February from 11am - 3pm. You can see the agenda here.

Our aim through these meetings is to ensure that all local Minds are well connected in their regions and have the opportunity to be able to share thinking on strategic and operational issues.
Mind's commitment:
• Mind will coordinate dates and book the meeting spaces and refreshments for each region and coordinate attendance via Eventbrite
• Each region will be allocated a member of the ‘Network Growth and Relations’ team to support as a convener, with coordination, information and facilitation as needed.
• The agenda should be local and Mind will help to collate relevant agenda items. Mind will also commit to contribute to the agenda regarding national areas of interest and importance
• Where there isn't an offer from an attendee to take on the Chair role for the region, Mind will Chair meetings where needed.
• Mind will cover travel costs in excess of £40 per person
• Mind will collate key feedback, specific queries for Mind and particular themes and report back to all CEOs and Chairs in the region
