Description

These classes start with gentle yoga and breath work to relax the body and mind and then we move into meditation - or mind training. I will share with you techniques predominantly from the Tibetan tradition to help you train and focus your mind, achieve peace of mind, control of your thoughts and gain insight into the true nature of things.

Rather than be super estoeric and mystical, I'll share with you very real and down to earth techniques, ways to overcome typical stumbling blocks and wisdom from the great teachers that have inspired me.

Classes run at our beautiful little studio in Forest Hill on Havelock Walk, moments from the train station and bus stop. Our classes are strictly limited to 7 participants so you must book in advance to guarantee your place although we may have drop in spots available if you're lucky! www.inspired-projects.co.uk
