Event description

Description

Join Mind on the Wall Fundraising Walk to help us to raise funds to support our mental health services

Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, working with Northumberland National Park, are organising a 10 mile walk along Hadrian’s Wall to raise funds for Tyneside and Northumberland Mind and our Sally Allan Fund project.

Entry fees:

  • Adults: £25

The entry fee covers the cost of your T-shirt, refreshments, car parking and bus hire to get you to the start and return you to your car.

We would really appreciate if you could raise £100 or more by sponsorship. The additional money you raise will enable us to provide local mental health services and raise awareness of mental health throughout our region:

  • Tyneside and Northumberland Mind provide mental health services throughout our region, providing support for people with mental ill health.
  • 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem. We need to raise funds to ensure no one in our region suffers a mental health problem alone.
  • The Sally Allan Fund was founded by Tyneside and Northumberland Mind to raise mental health awareness throughout the North East.
  • Above all we want people to get outdoors and just enjoy the mental health benefits of walking and being in an area rich in history, beautiful landscapes and stunning views. It is a great place to meet people and start a conversation. Let yourself be inspired on one of the UKs top walks.
