Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Do you want to press the pause button?

Are you experiencing constant mind chatter?

Are you fed up of negative mind monkeys?

Do you want to stop overthinking and look at situations more optimistically?

I thought so!

I say this quite a lot, but “you’re not on your own!”.

It may look like everyone else is doing a super-duper job at managing this, but I promise you, they are either like you or once were!

It’s no fun is it; unless you’re asleep it can feel like the mind chatter doesn’t stop. And that’s if you’re fortunate to get some sleep because of it! And let’s not get started on the ‘pushing of your buttons’ stuff that results in you bringing home the worries of the day.

It’s not that you don’t know you need to think or deal with situations and other people more positively, or that you’re not capable; it’s that you just don’t know how to do it yet. That is, how to change the habit of what feels like a life time!

Well that’s where my 2-hour interactive ‘Mind Over Chatter’ workshop and follow up support comes in.

It will help you learn practical steps to prevent you from over reacting unhelpfully to situations, and to manage the rumblings of the mind - aka ‘overthinking’. Basically, getting you back in the driver’s seat!

What you will learn

You’ll learn effective ways to begin to develop self-awareness and reduce unhelpful thinking, enabling you to quieten your mind, and focus on what is more important to you in your life.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to:

  • Recognise what mind chatter is, why it occurs, and how it can hold you back.
  • Identify what unhelpful types of thinking you fall into.
  • Carry out practical techniques that help to reduce overthinking, stress, worry, and minimise the influence of difficult emotions.

after workshop support

But what about support once I leave the workshop?

Here’s what else you’ll benefit from alongside the workshop!

Okay, my 2-hour workshop will set you up with what you need to go out there and start making positive change. However, it’s not like taking a magic pill; the reality is, when learning something new, it takes time.

The skills, techniques, and strategies you’ll learn within the mini workshop will need putting into practice. As you move forward, make change, and develop more healthy mind habits, you’ll probably have good days and bad days. That’s life. But, what we don’t want is for you to throw the towel in on a bad day.

That’s why with all my mini workshops you have access to private email coaching support for up to a month after the workshop has finished, and ongoing access to my private Facebook support group, which has lots of other likeminded people who value their wellbeing, just like you.

Yes, but what does that really mean?

It means I’ll be touching base with you, and whenever you’re not feeling as confident or determined as you’d like, get in touch and I’ll give you the support you need to get back on track.

It also means that within my private Facebook group you’ll get peer support from other likeminded people, and at least once a week you’ll get me checking in with you (although I pop in more often than that!), and sending you extra resources, information, and encouragement to help you stay on track and motivated. No one throws the towel in on my watch!

So, come and join us for a practical, enjoyable, and supportive afternoon (in the knowledge that the support doesn’t end there), while learning ‘take-home’ techniques to help you regain balance!

Early Bird Discount

My workshop sizes are intentionally small, as they are designed to encourage interactive learning, which is tad hard to do when there are a lot of people in a room! As a result, places are limited book by April 30th 2017 to take advantage of £8 discount and to avoid disappointment!
