A discussion on mental health, removing stigma in today's society, been a friend who is suffering and what you can do to improve your mental health.


Listen to stories from key speakers from:

Josh Coombes: A hairdresser who has taken it upon himself to go out cut hair for the homeless all over London.
Josh has been talks all over the world with his #dosomethingfornothing , he’s appeared BBC radio and many more he has a huge following on Instagram surpassing over 174,000 followers!.
Josh will be talking about the mental health aspect and the connection he makes with the homeless in the line of his work.

Stuart How:
A top NLP mind coach in the country, Stuart works mainly with the English Olympic boxing squad and has a clinic in Harley Street.
He will be talking on his experiences in mental health and where he is today.

Sam Hadfield:
Founder of Caris boxing club, a boxing club for the homeless, addicted and vunerable.
Sam works a community support worker and has helped over 200 people whether there homeless or suffer from a mental illness.
Sam will be talking about how Caris started, his experiences with mental health and solutions for today’s problems with mental health.

Isis Aurora Mera & Seonaid Murray
Founder of help refugee children, for the last two years Isis and her team have been travelling to the refugee regularly in Calais and Dunkirk in France for support of refugees, from bringing them supplies to been supportive to them on a personal level. Isis and her team mainly work with Women and children.
Isis and her team will talk about the mental well being of the refugees, the stigma in today’s society they face and the battles they have to get them to have a normal life and out of the situation they are.
