Limiting Beliefs

About this event

What are Beliefs?

Beliefs are perceptions we use when we have no foundation upon which we actually know.

When you know, beliefs are not required.

Test yourself. Compare all that you know that is factual to what you believe, and you will see a difference between that facts have structures that define Awareness, and that Beliefs are built on structures of hope, & assumptions, which can breed doubt and uncertainty.

example: What is 2 + 2 =?

Do you believe you know the answer, or do you know that you know the answer?

You will quickly realise that to use a belief to answer this question, would only demonstrate your uncertainty, so you would never say " I believe 2 + 2 = 4

You would say, I know 2 + 2 = 4

Another example: What day is it Today?

And what day will it be Tomorrow?

And what day was it Yesterday?

Again, do you believe your answers, or do you know them?

So, when we say:

“I am not confident”.

“I can’t do it”.

“I am afraid of…..”.

“I won’t be able to….”.

“I don’t believe in myself”.

Are we using beliefs, or are we using facts?

If you are using beliefs, then you do not know that aspect of who you are, so please download a copy of my book.

And if your mind has frameworks structured on knowing, you would never use any of those phrases.
