These guided relaxation events use a range of relaxation techniques, which may include guided visualisation, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, head-to-toe relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, a sleepy-time-tea ceremony and more...something a little different each time. There's even a different relaxing audio track available each month.
Think of these sessions like a yoga class, but for your mind. It may be a bit tricky on week 1. Some find it difficult to switch off at first, much like some find yoga difficult at first, but it gets easier the more you do it. Like a yoga class, some come weekly, but some come fortnightly or weekly - and some just come to our special retreats.
