This session will be run by Nigel Tillot and the three directors of Davis and Partners. Nigel is a consultant in workplace mediation and former Employment Lawyer.
Run a workplace mediation from start to conclusion halting at various stages for question and comments by the audience to give attendees a real feel for how the process works.
