Mind the Gap, funded by the Shared Island Civic Society Fund, administered by the Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade, aims to drive improvements in disability employment rates and enhance cross-border collaboration. NIUSE partnered with KARE (Ireland) and established a cross-border steering group to advise and implement the project.

The Mind the Gap Report, featuring key findings and recommendations from a review of disability employment policy and practice, will be launched at the summit. The event includes good practice examples, insights from stakeholders, and discussions on the recommendations.
