Join us for breakfast, education, pragmatic actions and networking as we demystify the recent Gender Pay Gap reporting.

April 2018 saw for the first time all companies with over 250 employees formally report their gender pay gap statistics. The government’s pay gap website shows what the average difference in earnings is across each organisation. But what do these stats really mean?

What can we be doing to drive the changes needed? How are all companies going to utilise this data? But more importantly what are we going to do with this data to effect positive change? What about all the startups and employers who are exempt from such reporting currently? How do they create a culture from the outset in which women are equally rewarded? These are potentially the large organisations of the future, it’s a huge issue.

During this interactive session we will:

• Get clear on the legal facts with a leading employment law specialist
• Discuss and contribute to pragmatic steps we can take to ensure momentum on positive change is not lost, hearing from tech experts, startups, corporates and government
• Experience a communication coaching session - helping us to frame our conversations to drive action
