Description

What can we tell about your wellbeing from what you write online? How does sharing your experience help other people and you? Come and help researchers find out if they are on the right track and shape future clinical practice.

This workshop will explore how people express mindfulness (and its opposite) in everyday language and to look at the potential applications in the field of digital mental health. This is an opportunity to shape research and the healthcare of the near future.

Our audience will gain:

  • awareness of how technology is being used to exploit these ideas to improve online safety and the effectiveness of digital mental health solutions
