Come and join us at this one day, fun packed workshop and learn why your habits are the key to long term weight management.
Educational, informational and motivational - you'll discover how habits are formed and how you can make them work for you. You'll learn the 5 fundamental habits of long term health and wellness and find out how your own limiting beliefs could be stopping you from achieving the body you deserve.
Limited to just 20 people, this interactive session will help you explore your current beliefs, challenge your deep rooted 'truths' and provide you with the knowledge and tools to take control of your long term health and wellbeing.
Come with an open mind and a thirst to learn, and leave with a renewed sense of the possible!

1000-1100 What Are Habits? - Why Your Habits Can Make or Break Your Long Term Health and Wellbeing
1100-1200 The 5 Fundamental Habit Principles - Dieting Methods v Principles
1200-1300 Break for Lunch - A chance to meet and mingle with fellow delegates. (see note)
1200-1300 One to One Coaching Sessions
1300-1400 Overcoming Limiting Beliefs - getting out of your own way.
1400-1530 One to One Coaching Sessions

NOTE: Refreshments will be available throughout the day, however you will need to either bring lunch with you or take advantage of the various cafes and restaurants at the venue.
The Snowzone does have its own cafe and pre-orders will be taken in the morning session for those interested.

With over 30 years experience working within the Public Sector, and 10 years within Learning and Development as an education coach and trainer, she now works as a freelance coach and trainer supporting midlife women going through their midlife transition and helping organisations to better understand this natural transition in a woman's life.
Bev has a bachelors degree in Business and Enterprise, is a qualified nutritionist, personal trainer and behavioural change coach. s
