A morning talk and meditation taster session with local acupuncturist and Mind Calm Meditation coach Carolyn Sykes (as trained by the founder of Mind Calm, Sandy Newbigging). This will be an enjoyable morning with a community vibe including hot drinks and breakfast snacks, an introduction talk on the benefits of meditation and the meditation technique itself. The time spent meditating will be split into three slots of ten mins each totalling 30 minutes of meditation. If you've never meditated before it will be the perfect introduction to one of the most effective techniques available, and it is always very easy and powerful meditating in a group environment.
