Mindful Based Living Course (MBLC)

putting mindfulness into practice

Making mindfulness part of your everyday routine can help you to be happier, more content and feel better equipped to take on the pressures of day to day life.

This course is designed to help adults develop mindful skills and will enable you to introduce them into daily life.

The MBLC is taught by direction’s experienced tutors and contains 16 hours of teaching and experiential learning, delivered over 4 weeks, in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.

Learning mindfulness in a group allows you to interact and share your experiences with like minded people. We limit our group size to allow all participants the opportunity to connect with the tutor and ask questions.

You will be given recordings of all the mindfulness practices that feature in the course, along with a manual to support these and a certificate on completion. You will also have the opportunity to meet your tutor on a 1:1 basis during the course to discuss how your mindfulness practice is developing.

When: Saturdays 09:15—13:15

Dates: 28th April, 12th & 26th May, and 9th June
