About this Event

Mindfulness is so much more than just following an app. At our the monthly Mindful Café, you can take a deep breath, unwind, and drop in to what it feels like to just ‘be’. These intimate gatherings are hosted by Natalie C Morrison from As We Live and Breathe. They’re a rare chance to grow the kind of real, personal connection to mindfulness and confidence with meditation that can transform how we feel day to day and how we choose to live.

This month's theme: Falling back in love with life

At times when life can be difficult, upsetting or simply just dull, how can we genuinely find inspiration, joy, and passion? In this session we’ll explore mindfulness techniques to recapture a sense of love, wonder and magic of being.
