Description

Our Mindful Creativity evening class is all about improving wellbeing and taking time for self-care and creativity. From journaling mixed media books to experimenting in charcoal, we strive to ensure every week offers you a unique and enjoyable experience of the arts. Taught by professional artist and experenced educator Michelle Hazell, you'll learn a range of different art skills and mediums and each offers a wellbeing theme for exploration, such as gratitude, resillience and kindness.

You do not need any previous artistic experience, just a curiosity to play, experiment and create - and a willingness to commit time... just for you :) This is a popular class with parents and teachers, and we promise to offer something unique every single week. You can book for five, 90 minute, weekly classes for only £75.

  • Classes run on Mondays, 7.30pm-9pm
  • 18years+ only
  • 90 minute lessons.
  • 5 weeks, £75
