Using a mix of group discussion and practical examples, this workshop will help you to approach and deal with your clutter hot-spots in a very different way.
The way we approach certain situations has an impact on the outcomes of what we want to achieve. How often have you wanted to get started on clearing a particular space, only to feel overwhelmed and frustrated at the task ahead of you? Are you a non-starter? Do you procrastinate instead of taking action?
In the first of the two workshops, qualified NLP Coach, Psychotherapist and proprietor of Blend Centre Carol Nesbitt will help you to overcome the areas holding you back from tackling your clutter.
Amanda Manson, Professional Organiser at Orderly Office and Home will help you to identify the impact of your clutter on those around you and give you the tools and techniques to get your space back into order and clutter-free for the future.
By sharing your clutter crises in a group situation you will be able to learn from others in the group, and put into practice all that you learn in Workshop 1.
Return two weeks later for follow up session to review how things have changed for you – share your successes and your hiccups with the group and gain specific feedback and ideas that will help you in the future – both from your workshop hosts and your fellow delegates.
