Mindful Eating for Gut Health is an engaging interactive session led by Nitu Pasricha-An AfN Registered Public Health Nutritionist, Founder of Holistic Health Nutrition with over 15 years’ experience in community health services. Part of the Inside Out: Micrbiome and Gut Health Festival

This session will help you to:

  • Learn evidence-based strategies that goes beyond what’s on your plate, focusing more on your awareness, mindset, and eating habits
  • Gain clarity and confidence to build a positive relationship with food as you learn to recognise body's natural hunger and fullness cues
  • Feel empowered with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices and adopt small, sustainable changes in your eating habits that support your gut health and improve overall wellbeing.
