An invitation for an afternoon to explore the relationship between mindfulness and food with guided mindfulness practice, a Japanese style lunch, tea ceremony and a chance to connect with like-minded people in a beautiful space. All is welcome!

As an accredited Mental Well-Being Trainer for Mind UK, Jane regularly delivers mindfulness based workshops for students at schools and universities. Jane is a mindfulness practitioner for over 6 years, co-facilited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programmes for Breathing Space in Bethnal Green.
Jane is a food enthusiast and has been running the GingerPot Supperclub in her East London flat since the beginning of 2013 and she regularly cooks on meditation retreats around the UK.
