Short Bio of the session leader, Nitu Pasricha, Association for Nutrition (AfN) registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant - Founder of Holistic Health Nutrition, and Public Health Speaker.

With over 14 years of experience in community health services (NHS), Nitu is committed to raising public health awareness, helping people prevent illness while improving their overall health and well-being. At Holistic Health Nutrition, she takes a whole-person approach that supports all key pillars of health—nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and emotional well-being.

Rather than quick fixes or restrictive diet plans, Nitu offers evidence-based advice and guidance motivating you to make realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes tailored to your needs and preferences.
