Had enough of dieting and thinking that your life will be better if ONLY you can lose a few pounds?

I used to think that the only way to get myself sorted was to diet and lose weight. Now I know differently!

I discovered Mindful Eating and how you can learn how to manage your eating by eating WHAT YOU WANT and listening to when you are hungry. This is all about letting go of diet rules you will have assimilated without even realising, and relearning to trust yourself. It's not about rules, it's about self compassion and understanding WHY you eat in the way you do.

I hate to break bad news, but dieting only works for a tiny percentage of people long term and actually tends to make us put ON weight. Mindful Eating helps you reconnect with when you need to eat and learn to stop when you've had enough. It might sound impossible but it isnt!

I can honestly say that this approach has changed my life in many ways and it does so for my participants as well.
