Description
Prepare for an amazing Ramadan through mindful eating, know and understand how to prepare a Ramadan friendly diet for the whole family or simply just for you!!
Entrance fee £10.00
sessions start on Friday 5th of May at 6pm and finish 7:30pm, the first session involves an insight to mindful eating.
The second on Friday 12th May at 6pm and finsih 7:30pm will provide further information on a healthy diet plan for Ramadan and consolidate both sessions.
