About this Event

he mindfulness approach has been proved to help with maintaining weight loss and combat obesity. The main focus in not on what items of food we are ingesting, but what is our relationship with food and ourselves. This workshop will help you discover what relationship is it that you have with eating and your body, teach you how to introduce small “digestible” changes.
