Then Mindful Eating is a healthy weight management programme that can help. Mindful eating changes us for the better, enabling you to control your eating, breaking your cycle of dieting and have a more positive relationship with food.
With Mindful eating you will enjoy your food more, feel full and satisfied and put an end to cravings.
The course will help you:-
Be FREE of thinking about food
Regulate your weight with little effort
Learn to have a healthy relationship with food
Enjoy eating - guilt free
Eat without counting calories
Eat without looking fat content
The programme includes some relaxation and small amount of time on meditating. Handouts / work books will be provided.
This course is suitable for anyone male/female over 16 and will not require any physical activities, the relaxation and meditation will be sitting.
The course will not provide any nutritional advice or food plans, the focus is on understanding what and why you eat what you do and learn how to understand your eating habits and your body.
