In the workshop we will spend some time learning about the evidence base for the best goal-setting practices before thinking about your values and creating intentional and achievable goals for the year.
I will also facilitate a series of mindfulness practices influenced by MBCT and MBSR to help you manage the inevitable obstacles that may get in our way such as resistance self criticism and difficult times.
As part of the price you will also receive a workbook free of charge which you can use during and after the workshop to keep you on track!
