Mindful Living - 4 Week Course

Mindfulness is the act of bringing awareness to our current experience.
Through the practice of Mindfulness we can begin to move beyond our self created limitations and break free from habits that affect the quality of our lives. As a Mindfulness Facilitator I provide training in Mindful living to help people transform their life and reach their highest potential.
In this four week course we will explore how Mindfulness can be practiced in everyday life. You will be given the opportunity to take part in guided meditations, experiment with techniques that can be used as part of your routine and plenty of time for sharing.
Mindfulness is more than just the formal practice of meditation, there needs to be a mind shift to enable you to let old patterns go and replace them with new ways of being. You will learn how to live in your world with a more constant state of peace and happiness.
