Summer Retreat: Mindful Living
Mindfulness Weekend Retreat, Brecon, June 2016
“Each thought, each action in the sunlight of awareness, becomes sacred”
Thich Nhat Hanh
In this retreat we will reflect on how we live our day-to-day lives. We will practise slowing down, breathing, noticing and opening to the present moment. If we learn to connect to our experience and to the task at hand, no matter how routine or seemingly insignificant it might be, we learn to connect with the reality of here and now. Our schedule is 10:00am-4:00pm, so you will have the afternoon and evening free to relax.
