About this event

Learn the Mindful Hypnobirthing method, created by hypnotherapist Sophie Fletcher.

Mindful Hypnobirthing focusses on hypnosis techniques to bring about positive change, unlearning and letting go of our fears and understanding the role of mindfulness in decision making.

This course will teach you the skills of self-hypnosis alongside the importance of birth environment, physiology, self-belief and compassion to experience your positive birth. Birth partners will have clarity on their role and understand how to support you as you welcome your baby gently into the world.


This course will run on:

Saturday 13th September 3.30pm-5.30pm.

Saturday 20th September 3.30pm-5.30pm.

Saturday 27th September 3.30pm-5.30pm.

Each couple attending will recieve full online course access worth £40 and materials with their ticket.

Couples also have the option of booking a birth planning session with me as a complimentary offer.


Bring a blanket, yoga mat, cushion, birthing ball and take a step towards your positive birth.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my partner?

Yes! Tickets are priced per couple as the course is designed for them too! They will learn about their own fears and strategies to help them support you.

Is hypnosis about mind control?

Hypnosis is about learning to control your own mind. This helps you with decision making through pregnancy as well as being able to remain in control during labour and birth.

When can I join the class?

The optimal time for hypnobirthing classes is around 28-32 weeks. This is close enough to birth to be motivated to work towards your goal but far enough away that you have time to really embed the practice into your daily life to reap the benefits.
