I think I bought a ticket but I got no confirmation when I clicked "check out". What's going on?!

Accepted Answer

Make sure you tick the "+" box to indicate you want one ticket. You should receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder, just in case.

What time does it start?

You can check the time of your event by opening the email from Eventbrite, with the subject line: "Order Received." Inside that email click "Get tickets now". On this ticket page, underneath "Mindful Masterpieces - A Relaxing Art Experience" you will see the date and time of the art session.

What time is it where I live?

Mindful Art Club is based in the UK. You can find out what time it is in your time zone by using https://www.worldtimebuddy.com

What's the Zoom meeting password?

Accepted Answer

You won't need one. All the technical information is on the event page after you have bought your ticket.

Question 5

I haven't got Zoom/ Don't like Zoom!

Accepted Answer

You don't need to download zoom. You can watch the live art session using your internet browser.

Question 6

I've signed up but won't be watching it live - what do I do?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email with a link to the recording afterwards. You can sign in to watch the recording with your Apple ID, Google account or Facebook account.

Question 7

I haven't had time to watch the recording - will it be deleted?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the recording will be deleted after seven days. However, before the seven day limit you can download the recording by following a link in your email. You can  then watch it anytime on your own device.

What if I'm no good at art?

Pablo Picasso once said, "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up."
