Mindful-Me: Mindful Breakfast Morning

Practicing mindfulness as well as eating a primarily plant based diet have both been identified as two of the key factors in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Mindful-Me are delighted to offer this morning event, in collaboration with Blackberry Grove, that will give you the opportunity to experience a one hour taster session in the increasingly popular practice of mindfulness before enjoying a cooked vegan breakfast and socialising with like minded people.
The cooked vegan breakfast will consist of vegan sausages, tofu ‘egg’ mushroom, tomato, hash potato, Heinz beans, toast as well as a hot drink of your choice.
