Then this 4 week Mindfulness Meditation Course for Relaxation is for you.

During the class I will teach a mixture of breathing exercises, mindfulness exercises and visualisations/meditations to relax you. Tips and tools so you can use these skills in your daily life.

I'm all about quick, simple tools to get you away from fight/flight and into the relaxation response.

We'll look at tools you can use every day to bring your space for calm, plus special focus on tools for Christmas

I am a qualified meditation teacher and holistic therapist and have been teaching meditation techniques for over four years from children to grannies!
