Mindful Meditation is a simple, gentle way to come present in your body so your mind can calm down.

This six-week course, which is run by Patti Good, will teach you how to start a regular Mindful Meditation practice.

The course starts on June 12th and runs until July 17th.

Patti Good is a Therapist, Healer, and Spiritual Teacher. Her passion is helping people find a greater sense of joy and meaning in their lives. She does this by offering practical tools that connect you directly with the peace and happiness that are already inside you.
