About this event

Join us every Wednesday afternoon in The Bridge Studio for a free guided meditation which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on your afternoon!

The session is led by our Health and Wellbeing Manager, Dede, who'll guide you through each step of the mediation so you can focus on relaxing and bringing your mind to the present moment. Each session lasts 45 minutes.

Completely beginner friendly and always free, this class is for all women to discover the power of meditation on our mental and physical health and to connect with people in the community.

Mindful meditation sessions are part of our HUB project, a free day of activities for women in our community space.
