H ello everyone,

Have you tried seated meditation but you feel your legs/feet are twitchy? You love being outdoors and feel you can relax better in fresh air while moving?

C ome and join us for some breathing activities and a silent meditative walk where we just focus on the actual activity of walking. Your mind will relax, thoughts and worries will be less loud, you can feel the connection to the ground and reconnect your body and mind.

T his is a FREE event to share the benefits of mindful meditative walking but if you feel you'd like to contribute to a bigger cause, Mindfulness and Massage are supporting local charities through fundraising. We're currently supporting Real Change Bedford, managed by the Bedford Homeless Partnership. Your money will make a big change to the lives of rough sleepers.
