About this event
Step inside the Mindfulness Journey.
Join us for the Mindful Menopause celebration & showcase – a powerful afternoon of stories, creativity and connection. Hear from the women who took part, explore an exhibition of their beautiful Frida Kahlo inspired crowns and discover the impact of this unique wellbeing programme.
For 6 weeks, a group of women will come together to share stories, learn about modifiable factors that are within their control to manage symptoms and unleash their creativity through trying to navigate their peri-menopause/menopause journey.
Come to:
- hear powerful first-hand stories from women who’ve navigated perimenopause and menopause with courage, humour and heart.
- see the stunning Frida Kahlo–inspired crowns they created – each a personal work of art, full of meaning and strength.
- discover the real impact this unique programme has had on confidence, mood and wellbeing
- learn from the experts and contributors who brought it all to life.
- connect over refreshments with others passionate about women’s health.
Whether you’re experiencing menopause, supporting someone who is or just curious to understand more then this is your chance to be inspired, informed and be part of an unforgettable afternoon.
