Welcome to our virtual studio!

Join us for a serene online session for your mind, body and soul! Get expert guidance and detailed demos of exercises designed to improve your strength, mobility and flow. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this class has options for all levels. This is a donation based class, an opportunity for everyone to prioritise well-being, no matter your budget! Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes! Beginners are most welcome! You’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace & do what feels good.

What can I expect?

A friendly, relaxed atmosphere & a boost for your mood! This class begins with low-impact body-weight exercises to build strength & mobility, which create small sequences/flows that focus on using breath to create your own rhythm. Finally we finish with flexibility & relaxation… you’ll feel serene!

Do I need any equipment?

No. If you don’t have a mat, you can use a blanket for similar cushioning. If you have limited mobility you may want a chair or pillow to make yourself comfortable during exercises performed in sitting or laying positions

I have an injury or health condition, is this class safe for me?
