The Mindful Monday Check-In will fall on the first Monday of the month and will be a low stress, gentle way into the week and month ahead.

About this event

We've all had the Sunday night scaries at one point in our life, whether it's a regular occurrence or it flares up for you at times of stress, we could all use a little self-compassion on a Monday morning.

The Mindful Monday Check-In will fall on the first Monday of the month and will be a low stress, gentle way into the week and month ahead. It will be 30 minutes of mindful breathing and grounding, and reflective journaling prompts.

Drop in and spend 30 minutes alongside like-minded people in the Self Space community.

There are no expectations, keep your camera off if you want and come as you are (with your journal and pen).

The sessions will be led by our Community Manager Chilli Bernstein alongside a Self Space therapist. By clicking attend, we will assume that you'd like to be added to our carefully curated newsletter. If you don't, please let us know.
