About this Event

Mindful Monday Meditation.

One hour of meditation - this is not a guided meditation, so bring your own recordings, headphones, and meditation tools that you like to use. Otherwise, just sit in silence, observe your feelings, be mindful and kind to your body and mind.

Location is in Joppa and will be revealed upon sign up. This might be in a private indoor space or private garden, depending on the weather.
