Mindful Mondays Crafts and Colouring

Relax and unwind your mind with some calming crafts and mindful colouring.

Hands-on activities help focus the mind away from thinking about the past and future, and encourage us instead to be present and in the moment. Art can be enjoyable way to de-stress and re-focus our attention. Join us for an afternoon of gentle activities and calming crafts.

Pens, pencils, and paper will be provided and you can take your art home after each session, but feel free to bring along your own art projects if you wish to work on those here as well.

Noise Levels

We cannot guarantee a silent space as this event will be taking place in a public library, but we will try to provide pockets of quiet in the library for you to work at.

Please book one (1) ticket per adult.

This event is subject to national guidance around Covid-19 and as such, we encourage the public to wear masks when moving around the library and to socially distance. We will provide a well-ventilated area and hand sanitiser on entry.

Please note that the latest COVID guidelines will apply. We ask that all adults wear masks while in the library, where possible Please supply contact details in case we need to notify you of a cancellation.
