Start your week right with Mindful Mondays, a chill in-person event all about finding balance in your busy life. Join me over 8 weeks to relax, breathe, and learn simple mindfulness techniques that help you stay centred through the chaos. Whether you're new to mindfulness or just looking to reset, this is your spot to unwind and refresh. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter and more grounded!
Each week you will discover a new mindful meditation and explore a creative mindful practice such as zentangle, neurographic art, watercolour, collage and more!
By the end of the 8 weeks you will have a practical toolkit you can access to help relieve stress and anxiety, boost your mood and calm your mind and improve overall wellbeing.
Anna is an experienced mindfulness coach and mixed media artist. She will incorporate this knowledge as well as lived experience to deliver a valuable and unique experience.
