About this event

Mindfulness can be a powerful way to reduce your feelings of day-to-stress stress and overwhelm - something many of us are feeling in these difficult times.

Mindfulness meditation is an established way to support us in times difficulty and uncertainty, drawing on ancient wisdom as well as modern psychology to help us thrive, even when times are tough.

Our practice can be both refuge and resource. It can comfort and sustain in times of trouble. And mindfulness can help us to stay centred, to think and see clearly, which in turn helps us to act wisely, with kindness towards ourselves and others. And, with regular practice, mindfulness can help us access more moments of joy in life!

I hope that these practices will also be an opportunity to connect in community with others wishing well for all beings in these difficult times.

For this reason, and many others, I’m offering this free online practice group to help us start the week with some powerful self-care and grounding.

I’ll guide a gentle mindfulness meditation for about 20 minutes, with time for a brief check-in or any questions afterwards for those that want it, with no pressure to say anything.
