ABOUT MINDFULNESS
Our attention often wanders around, swinging between the past and the future. Our thoughts can easily become complicated, chaotic and overwhelming. This is a sign to stop, take a breath and reflect: How mindfully we choose to live our lives?
Mindfulness is the skill of living in the present moment. It enables us to bring together our body and mind so that we can fully enjoy our moment to moment experiences, live with clarity and take the responsibility of our lives. Scientific research has documented a rich plethora of benefits that help to improve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

ABOUT MINDFUL MONDAYS
Join Mindful Mondays at the beginning of every week with the intention to fill in yourselves with inner peace, creative energy and fulfillment! Each class is unique, blending together a variety of experiential techniques that empower mindfulness. At the same time, there is a progressive sequence between the classes.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
WHEN: Every Monday between 8:00pm-9:15pm EET (or 7:00pm-8:15pm CET). Choose to join one or all the classes.
WHERE: Online, using zoom platform. People who register get the zoom invitation link to join the class.
CONTRIBUTION: The cost for a drop-in class has a sliding scale of € 5-15. The intention in offering a sliding scale is to make this experience more accessible to a wider range of participants. Please choose an amount within this range that feels good and reciprocal. Those who pay on the higher end of the scale help make it possible for others to join at the lower end.
Contribution can be done through revolut, paypal or bank transfer.
